Renovation of a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Port of Seattle invites the submittal of Proposals from firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Building Engineering Services for the 400 Hz Replacement Concourse C & D Project at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This project will be delivered, using the Building Engineering Systems (BES) process, in accordance with RCW 39.04.290, which This project will replace a total of four (4) 400Hz rotary motor generators that are nearing end of life. A set of two (2) generators are located on Concourse C and another set of two (2) are located on Concourse D. In support of the WMBE Community, the Port of Seattle has established a WMBE utilization requirement. The WMBE utilization goal isl2% for this contract. This is a Project Labor AGREEMENT (PLA) PROJECT Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement, of the construction contract. Workforce diversity goals for this apprentice participation are identified in the Section 01 32 45 Apprenticeship Program. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file: a formal complaint with the Port.
