The Port of Seattle invites the submittal of Proposals from firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Building Engineering Services for the 400 Hz Replacement Concourse C & D Project at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This project will be delivered, using the Building Engineering Systems (BES) process, in accordance with RCW 39.04.290, which This project will replace a total of four (4) 400Hz rotary motor generators that are nearing end of life. A set of two (2) generators are located on Concourse C and another set of two (2) are located on Concourse D.
