Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Califon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a 500-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Last day to submit RFIs to be answered is Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 12:00 p.m If on this date the Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission is closed to all students and all staff, or has an early dismissal due to weather or any other emergency that closes all schools and offices for all students and all staff Checks or money orders shall be made payable to (Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission). Checks should be sent to REVplans at 28 Church Street, Unit 7, Warwick, NY 10990. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications to be enclosed in sealed opaque envelopes bearing the name of the job: "Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission - ADA Ramp Addition and Accessible Parking", and the name and address of the bidder on the outside of the envelope, addressed to: "Heidi Gara, Business Administrator, Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission ". The School District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if bid name and opening date do not appear on the envelope. Bids opened prior to date and time indicated are invalid. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission, as well as of improper hand delivery. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the "Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission ", in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid but not excess of $20,000.00, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Certification of bonding company is required for this bid, see Instructions for Bidders. It is the Board's intention to award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder in compliance with the specifications providing the required security who can meet the experience, technical and budget requirements. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interests of the School District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to the maximum extent of its lawful discretion. Bidders and/or its subcontractors must be qualified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC), pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27 through 33, and shall submit with their bids a Pre-qualification Affidavit, a copy of a valid and active NOTICE OF CLASSIFICATION, and a certified copy of a Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form. Each bidder must possess the following DPMC Classifications: C008. All bidders and their subcontractors shall be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any minor informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, if it is in the best interest of the Owner.
