Concrete Park Sign Bases Question Cutt off Date & Time 4/28/2025 03:00:00 PM (CT) Please send questions via email to buylocal@cedar-rapids.org Est.Value $40,000 The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to install park sign bases for newly acquired park entrance signs at various City Parks for the City of Cedar Rapids, Parks Department. Scope of Work Contractor shall construct and install approximately 31 sign bases. Final count will be determined by department after bid opening. Contractor shall follow the plan sheet, included in the attachment section. City Staff will mark, with spray paint, the physical location where each sign base will be located at the parks. After award, Contractor shall meet with City Staff, prior to construction, to ensure the final locations are appropriate. Contractor shall grade and re-seed all disturbed areas around sign base once completed. Contractor shall remove all debris and unused soil from site once base is complete. Contractor shall notify Project Manager after each site is complete for final inspection and acceptance. City staff will be responsible for installation of the new park sign. All work must be completed before June 30, 2025.
