Project Scope of Work: o Expansion, addition, and integration of access control and paging/intercom systems across the district. Attendees must be signed in and present at the pre-bid walkthrough meeting by 8:00 AM to be considered a potential proposer. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE. The District will not accept proposals where an attendee subrogates their attendance to a firm not in attendance. Requests Proposals from experienced Access Control and Intercom System Contractors for the construction of the Safety and Security Project. The firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including without limitation the requirement to demonstrate responsibility. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
