Single Biutuminous Seal Coat with #8 Aggregate as per Pub. 408, Section 470 or Single Bituminous Seal Coat with pre-coated #8 Aggregate as per Publ. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid made payable to Hegins Township The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Hegins Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interests of the Township
