The project includes construction of a monument foundation and the placement of a monument provided by the Borough and associated lighting at Veterans Park. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
