Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Sealed bids for the construction of a Municipal Salt Shed at the Mahanoy Township municipal complex Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: site grading, construction of a 40' x 32'salt shed. The work location is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project exhibits. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal Mahanoy Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid, or portion of Bid, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township.
