Renovation of a water / sewer project in Moss Point, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of the removing and disposing of the two (2) existing, nonfunctioning furnishing HVAC units and furnishing and installing two (2) new HVAC units at the City of Moss Point Reverse Osmosis Water Plant in Moss Point, Mississippi. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond if the bid equals or exceeds $25,000. If the bid is less than $25,000, the City of Moss Point may elect to make a lump sum payment at the completion of the job, in which case a payment and performance bond shall not be required. Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty consisting of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid.
