Renovation of an educational facility in Durant, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Science Roof Project Contact Kevin Eppler 580-745-2839 (Office) or 580-579-6297 (Cell) for all questions concerning the project. Flat Roof: *Remove existing built up roof system *Repair decking as needed at sq ft price *Mechanically attach 2" poly iso insulation board *Fully adhere 60 mil TPO over roof area *lnstall new wood nailer around perimeter *Install edge flashing 24 gauge with cleat system *Accepted TPO manufactures are GAF, Carlisle and Versico, contractor must be a certified installer for the manufacturer they are bidding with *Contractor must provide a 5 year labor warranty and 20 year material to the university (TPO) Contractor Requirements *Contractor must be in good standing & have a valid roofing license in the state of Oklahoma *General liability & workers comp certs shall be provided to the University from contractor *Contractor shall be responsible for all safety equipment required by OSHA to maintain a safe work environment *NO smoking allowed on campus at any time *All workers including subcontractors are the contractors' responsibility and contractor is liable for any damages caused by workers or equipment during roof project. This project will need to be scheduled to coincide with a current renovation project starting in May 2025. The building will receive a new addition and some penetration to the current roof. Once the contract is awarded, you will work with the project manager to develop the schedule for installation.
