Residual testing equipment. Bidders should carefully review the IFB, including all attachments. Bidders may ask questions to obtain clarification and request additional information, or object to material in the IFB. Questions and objections must be submitted to the Procurement Officer, in writing, by the Bid Question Deadline identified in the IFB. The Procurement Officer may elect to respond to questions received after the Bid Question Deadline. Email is the preferred method of submission with the IFB number and title cited in the email subject line. Responses to questions will be distributed as a solicitation amendment unless the question can be answered by referring the bidder to a specific section of the IFB. The North Dakota State Hospital (NDSH) is soliciting bids for the Powerhouse Water Treatment Program utilizing existing liquid chemical feed pumping systems, piping, injection points, and water residual testing equipment. The current NDSH boiler water treatment system utilizes chemical product in a liquid form. Attachment A, found on page 25, outlines the details of the bid specifications and operating conditions. Attachments B and C provide the current operating conditions of the boiler and cooling systems. Award will be made to the responsible Bidder with the lowest priced Bid Response that is responsive to the specifications and all other requirements stated herein. Award will be made as follows: All or none. Contract Period. This Contract term (Term) begins on July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2027 The STATE reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Responses in whole or in part. The Procurement Officer will send a rejection notice, including the reason for rejection. STATE reserves the right to extend this Contract for an additional period of time, not to exceed 12 months, beyond the current termination date of this contract.
