Exterior Blast and Paint Tower Small business and minority owned business sources are encouraged to bid on this project. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will within ten (10) days from the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds, and furnish a certificate of Workers Compensation and General Contractors Liability Insurance. The Town of Hunter reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. (Bid shall be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder). No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.). The Town of Hunter reserves the right to withhold any contract awarded subject to the availability of funds. NonCollusion form must be signed. notarized and returned with bid or bid will not be accepted. Offerer's are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications or revisions, so as to reach the office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Any proposal, modification, or revision received at the office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is "late" and will not be considered.
