This project includes the construction of a New Storage Building located at 440 East 10th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544 Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Form provided and accompanied by a non- collusion affidavit, Form 96 of the State Board of Accounts, financial statement, bid bond or certified check, each for a value of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: Mishawaka-Penn- Harris Public Library. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
