Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hebron, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.

Phase 2 includes a 14-inch remove and replace along 1,400 linear feet of Bates Street from Chicago Street to US 2 , 900 linear feet along Alyea from Chicago Street to Taylor Street, 82 linear feet of Lincoln Street from Chicago Street to Dead End, 345 linear feet along Taylor Street from Bates Street to Alyea, and 270 linear feet of Quincy Street from Bates Street to Alyea. These streets include storm sewer improvements including 2,900 linear foot of pipe, inlets, manholes, site grading, and restoration of all disturbed areas. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana.
