Site work for a water / sewer project in Hanover Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of installing a new Motor Control Center, new Automatic Transfer Switch, new service entrance disconnect switch, new utility meter and cabinet, new lighting transformer, new lighting panel, new generator docking station (future generator by others), removal of existing equipment, restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work necessary to complete the project. Engineer's Estimate is not available for this project. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective Question Deadline 05/14/2025 General questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to the Engineer Mike Gryn (mgryn@goconcentric.com or 815-444-3324). All detailed questions concerning the actual bid specifications are to be forwarded in writing via email to: mgryn@goconcentric.com no less than five business days prior to the scheduled bid opening date. Questions regarding bid documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or plans shall be submitted in writing to the Village Clerk at least ten (10) working days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretations of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the Village to each person receiving a set of bid documents. The Village will not be responsible for any other explanations for interpretations of the Contract Documents.
