No definite date for the rebid.** All bids must include the required affidavits properly signed and executed as to financial responsibility, and all other required forms and documents as set forth in the bid documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by either a certified check made payable to the Town of Hagerstown, Indiana, or an acceptable bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The winning bidder shall be required to furnish an acceptable surety bond in the full amount of the contract. All copies of the bid, the bid security, and any other documents required to be submitted with the bid shall be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope marked "SEALED BID." The envelope shall be addressed to the Town of Hagerstown Town Council and shall be identified with the project title, the bidder's name and address and, if the bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope marked SEALED BID ENCLOSED on the face thereof. Thereafter, the Hagerstown Town Council may award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or take the bids under advisement. The Town of Hagerstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept bids on one or more separate items.
