Site work for a civil project in Santa Maria, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of July 8,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of the extension of 0.35 mile of 10-inch, and 0.76 mile of 8-inch recycled water distribution pipeline from Waller Park's recycled water tank pump station to the Santa Maria Country Club water ponds, valves at pond outlet locations, and miscellaneous irrigation system signing, marking and labeling. The project installs the pipeline mainly via horizontal directional drilling, and involves a segment of jack and bore underneath an existing railroad. The Project also includes all ancillary stormwater control measures and other work detailed in the Project Drawings and Specifications. Contract times: Substantial completion within 120 working days and final completion within 140 working days. Engineer's Estimate = $1,501,200 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Document 00200 - Instructions to Bidders. The bidder's security bond must be at least equal to 10 percent of the bid for (for bids with alternative items, it must be 10% of the total of the base plus all alternatives). The successful bidder must secure and submit a "Performance Bond" and a "Payment Bond." In the amount of 100% of the Contract Bid, We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
