Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Peoria, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for paving for a office development; for the renovation of a 167,000-square-foot, 11-story above grade multi-residential development; 65,000-square-foot, five-story above grade, one-story below grade office development; restaurant; retail development; and 18,700-square-foot, four-story above grade parking garage.
The City of Peoria is seeking qualified development teams (collectively referred to as "Developers") for the transformative redevelopment of three significant downtown properties: the 301 SW Adams Street Building, the 304 SW Jefferson Avenue Building, and an adjoining Parking Deck at 312 SW Jefferson Avenue (collectively referred to as the "Properties"). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites experienced real estate developers to submit comprehensive responses demonstrating their vision, expertise, and qualifications. Following careful evaluation of all submissions, the City will select a shortlist of qualified developers to participate in interviews for the next phase of this competitive process.
