The City of Peoria is seeking qualified development teams (collectively referred to as "Developers") for the transformative redevelopment of three significant downtown properties: the 301 SW Adams Street Building, the 304 SW Jefferson Avenue Building, and an adjoining Parking Deck at 312 SW Jefferson Avenue (collectively referred to as the "Properties"). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites experienced real estate developers to submit comprehensive responses demonstrating their vision, expertise, and qualifications.
