A. The Contractor shall provide free flow double wall engine coolers "Engine Coolers" on an as needed basis. B. Engine Coolers must be guaranteed against any adverse effect on the original factory engine cooler warranty. C. Engine Coolers being offered in response to this solicitation must be in current and ongoing production, must be formally announced for general marketing purposes, and must be a model or type currently functioning in a user (paying customer) environment and capable of meeting or exceeding all specifications and requirements set forth in this solicitation. D. All defective products must be replaced and exchanged by the Contractor. The cost of transportation, unpacking, inspection, re-packing, re-shipping, or other like expenses will be paid by the Contractor. All replacement products must be received by the Department within seven (7) days of initial notification. E.
