Overall construction is anticipated to start July 1, 2025. This package is estimated to start Autumn 2025. In accordance with RCW 39.1.0.380 Subcontractor Bidding Procedure, Trade Contractors shall be obligated and bound to such agreements for work claimed by the Carpenter. Laborer, Cement Mason, and Operating Engineer Unions, A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required on all bids exceeding $300,000. All Trade Partners who are awarded a contract over $300,000 shall provide a performance and payment bond for the contract amount. The value listed is that of the total project value.
