As of June 20, 2025 this project was awarded to BP Excavation, LLC in the amount of $2,230,703.9. 2025 Street Resurfacing Program The Project includes the following Work for a Base Bid: Resurfacing Market Street from Prospect Street to the north side of the intersection with Van Dyke Avenue via milling or overlaying existing asphalt with a trueing and leveling course with a binder course and/or a top course of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) meeting NYSDOT Specification Section 403, as provided in the May 1, 2008 edition. Rebuilding and/or resetting manhole and catch basin frames and grates/covers. Removal and replacement of sidewalks at intersections where indicated on the project drawings to meet the current ADA standards. Pavement markings as specified in the contract documents will be items of work in the BASE BID of this project. NYSDOT Specifications are referenced for materials and placement requirements.
