This work consists of demolition of controls, conduits, and conductors associated with the existing well pumps #2 and #3. Furnishing and installation of all conduits, and conductors associated with the new well pumps #2 and #3 per contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, faxed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered A. Contract #2 consists of the Electrical work for the upgrades to well #2 and well #3 at the Water Treatment Plant in the Town of Glenville. B. The scope at the electrical work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Providing and installing conduit and conductors for upgrades to the existing well #2. 2. Providing and installing conduit and conductors for upgrades to the existing well #3. 3. All site electrical excavation, electrical duct banks and manholes, and site restoration work.
