2025 Road Improvement Project for the following project: 2025 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a 2" compacted 19.0mm asphalt overlay on a section of Alamae Lakes Road and a 4" compacted 19.0mm asphalt overlay (single lift) and trench repairs along sections of Barrett Hill Road. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Amwell Township Amwell Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the projects . Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 15% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day Bids may be held by Amwell Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract
