Reference Number 0000385381 The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified firms or teams to provide site selection and architectural/engineering design services for a new police facility on a parcel of land located in Mead, Colorado. The overarching purpose of this initiative is to select a site(s) suitable for a police station building and develop a preliminary site plan and 30% facility design with estimated costs of completing such a project to assist with funding initiatives. The second phase of the project, not currently funded, includes development of a preliminary and final plat, 100% construction and bid documents, and shepherding the project through the entitlement process.
