Reference Number 0000356629 The Town of Mead is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to procure and install a premanufactured vaulted 2-unit restroom building within the existing Liberty Ranch Park. Irrigated landscape planting areas and additional concrete flatwork are included in the project. Quantities and plans will be provided along with contracts, agreements, and schedules for the work. All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to construct the Liberty Ranch Park Restroom project, including premanufactured vault restroom and associated flatwork, irrigated planting beds, and revegetation/restoration of any existing areas that are disturbed during the Work, shall be included in the Contractor's bid. The delivery and installation of the restroom building, vault, and structural concrete foundation, and all associated coordination, are considered lump sum items; any required excavation and backfill required for installation is considered incidental. The earthwork required to maintain positive drainage away from the restroom pad will also be considered incidental. Construction Survey, Traffic Control and Erosion Control will also be considered lump sum. Remaining items (selective demolition, earthwork for flatwork and planting beds, irrigation, landscape fabric, rock mulch, plant material, concrete mow bands, non-structural flatwork) will be unit cost items.
