Reference Number 0000344985 Job Location Intersection of 2nd Street and Welker Avenue, Mead, Colorado The Work to be performed under this Project generally includes: The supply and installation of the pressure reducing vault and all associated piping, valves, fittings, pressure reducing valves, meters, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances. The supply and installation of approximately 172 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC C900 DR14 waterline to connect the new pressure reducing vault to the existing water system. All other labor, materials, supervision, traffic control, restoration and revegetation, materials testing, equipment, tools, pipe bedding material, concrete for thrust blocking, and all other additional items including permits necessary to complete the Work in substantial conformity with the Plans and Specifications. This project is to relocate an existing pressure reducing vault currently located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Welker Avenue. The new pressure reducing vault will be relocated to the intersection of 2nd Street and Welker Avenue. The primary location of the work is located in Mead, Colorado at the intersection of 2nd Street and Welker Avenue.
