The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms licensed in the State of Colorado to provide civil engineering services on an on-call basis for capital improvement projects with State and/or Federal funding. The Town intends to award up to four (4) civil engineering firms; however, the exact number will be determined depending on the quality, diversity, and responsiveness of the SOQs received. The total amount payable to each Consultant shall not exceed $500,000 per year and shall be based upon hourly rates and applicable Task Orders, with a performance period of the contract ending December 31, 2022 and the option of three one-year extensions.
