Reference Number 0000332706 The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified full service civil engineering and/or construction management Consultants to provide all disciplines of project and construction management, construction inspection, and project support services for capital improvement projects with local, state and/or federal funding. The 3rd & Welker Intersection Improvement Project is a federal aid public infrastructure project in need of construction management services which are the basis of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The design is being finalized and right-of-way acquisition is underway. The project is expected to go to ad in Q1 2024, pending final clearances and real estate acquisition.
