Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mead, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000370070 The Town of Mead is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to install a new Gold Star Memorial Plaza and Americans with Disabilities Act parking improvements along 9th Street adjacent to Founders Park, including concrete plaza with new irrigated landscaping, new concrete sidewalk connection, and bench seating. The contractor shall construct the monument's concrete foundation; the monument will be placed on this foundation. Delivery and installation of the monument will be coordinated by the contractor with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will complete the installation of the monument on the prepared site. This is a unit price project with some additional lump sum items. Each line-item cost shall contain all associated costs to complete that item, including all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, haul, and environmental or fuel/surcharge fees necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Project Construction Documents, approved plans, and the current Town of Mead Design Standards and Construction Specifications and CDOT Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, 2023. The Town of Mead reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
