Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility North Parking Lot Replacement The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the removal and replacement of the existing north parking lot at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, 52641. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on July 2, 2025, and end on August 22, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashierís check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted to the Issuing Officer.
