The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the plumbing replacement in Building 20 at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility, Mount Pleasant, Iowa 52641. BP#01 Low bidder - Tricon Construction Group $1,149,000 BP#02 Low Bidder - Tricon Construction Group $1,146,000 BP#03 No bids received The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on August 22nd, 2025 and end on August 26th, 2026. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa. Questions must be submitted by 02:00 pm, July 22nd, 2025, to the Issuing Officer.
