2025 Roadway Treatment for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the 2025 Roadway Treatment. This contract provides for the chip seal and fog seal of approximately 4.0 total miles of various roadways throughout the City. Improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, bituminous surface treatment, fog seal, pavement markings, traffic control and other related work items. The Work shall be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of McCleary and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
