Renovation of a municipal facility in Oak Harbor, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 09, 2025, the project was awarded to VALDEZ CONSTRUCTION, with an awarded amount of $122,831.38.** Bayshore Drive Improvements Interior wall, ceiling, and fixture improvements of an existing 4,700 SF two level light wood-frame building built in the 1980's. A surety company bid bond executed by a State Licensed surety company on a form acceptable to Owner, a cashier's check or a certified check pay-able to the order of Island County Facilities Management, shall accompany each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for any reason and, in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bid-ding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete on irregular.
