The work provides for the improvement of a public road within the City of Oak Harbor by planing existing surfaces, hauling planings to a City determined site, placing and compacting 2-inch thickness of fiber reinforced HMA, installing concrete traffic island, traffic signal modifications, installation of high-performance pavement marking tape, and other work. The work shall be completed within 30 (thirty) working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money7 order or surety7 bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the City of Oak Harbor.
