Site work for a water / sewer project in Bowie, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from experienced contractors for the recapitalization of cast iron water mains using Class IV structural cured-in-lace pipe (CIPP) lining in various areas of the City. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB. The Contractor is required to comply with the City's Community Workforce Compliance Agreement. Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation. Each bidder or prospective bidder must refer to the Bid Locker website for any available amendments, addenda, cancellations, and additional information regarding this IFB. Question Deadline - 05/19/2025 at 11:00 AM E - All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at online. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Friday, May 23, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.
