The City of Bowie, Maryland requests quotes to replace garage door motor openers and springs in the vehicle maintenance garage, located at the Public Works Department, 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. Supply and install three (3) pairs .343x3.5x51" torsion springs with cones (existing springs are from 1997). Garage Bay #1, #2, and #4 2. A. Supply and install four (4) Raynor CSH221 Control Hoist, or approved equal, standard jackshaft openers with hoists. Garage Bay #1 thru #4 a. The specification sheet for the model quoted must be included with quote. B. Supply and install 230-volt single phase, one 3-button control station for each door with constant pressure to close. All openers to be mounted on interior wall to the right of each door (see attached floor plan). The Contractor is responsible for debris and trash removal from job site.
