Reference Number 0000292332 The Subcontractor Will Provide All Labour, Materials, Tools, Equipment, and Supervision to Complete the Subcontract Work According to the Contract Drawings and Specifications Listed in Annex a-2, Applicable Rules and Regulations, Codes, and the Highest Industry Standards for the Complete Execution of: Part 1; Electrical Room, Hydro Ottawa Ductbank Part 2; Rac Tenant Fitup (Including Temporary Swing Space), Hvac Equipment Upgrade, Generator, Part 3; South Washroom 1 Scope of Work 1.1 Supply All Equipment, Material, and Labor for the Complete Execution of the Fire Sprinkler System as Per Plans and Specification. Fire Alarm to Be Performed by Vipond as Per Plans and Specifications. 1.2 Demolition of the Fire Sprinkler System as Per Plans and Specifications. Please Note That the Sprinkler System Must Stay Functional During the Entire Project. This Subcontractor is Responsible for Any Install, Any Bypass, Additional Piping and/or Heads. 1.3 Provide All Firestopping, Caulking, Etc.. 1.4 Supply All Access Door for Installation by Others 1.5 Supply and Install All Necessary Sleeves and Core Drilling Necessary for Your Work 1.6 Provide All Testing, Commissioning, and Training Required by Plans and Specification 1.7 All Loose Materials, Tools or Equipment Need to Be Secure at All Time and Storage at the End of Each Day in a Container. 1.8 Work to Be Coordinated With Other Trades as Applicable 1.9 All Waste Needs to Be Disposed Immediately in a Bin Supply by Ebc 1.10 All Loose Materials, Tools or Equipment Needs to Be Secure at All Times and Stored at the End of Each Day in a Container 1.11 All Waste Needs to Be Disposed of Immediately in a Bin Supplied by Ebc Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
