RFQ-01C - Temporary Site Facilities. Capital Labs Project located in Ottawa ON will be the central portion of a hub science research project and will support science-based projects. The project includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house. The project also involves construction and installation of geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction. An overview of the scope of work for the Temporary Site Facilities is as follows. Note that this is not an exhaustive list, and the full scope of work will be determined and communicated to the prequalified proponents during the tender stage. Integrated Site Office: Shop drawings - Provide stamped drawings. Integrated site office will be made of approximately twelve (12) 12'X60' trailers. Provide fixed fixtures and cabinetry. Delivery and installation of the site complex. Provide all required structural, electrical, fire alarm, communications, plumbing and mechanical components within the complex. Install the required infrastructure for audio-visual and security devices. Rent out these trailers to the project for approximately 48 months. Dismantle and demobilize the trailer from the site at the end of the project. Rental of temporary washroom trailers. Rental of temporary site trailers. Rental of portable toilets.
