Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing and emailed to Jeanette Rebecchi, DPW Capital Program Manager at jrebecchi@befordma.gov on or before the close of business (4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday) on May 07, 2025. The project includes relocating above ground utilities underground and providing lowvoltage services to the proposed Fire Station at 139 GreatRoad. Work to be performed includes trench, laying conduit,temporary and permanent patches and other highway related items. Ownerreserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed bythem to be in the best interest of Owner. The award of any contract pursuantto this Invitation for Bids is subject to appropriation by Bedford Town Meeting.
