Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to the RFIs (See below) and to extend the responses due sate to May 27, 2025 at 12pm Switch Repair: 36C24125Q0486 are the switches directly utility-fed, or can they be de-energized using existing VA-owned equipment They be de-energized using existing VA-owned equipment. What is the type and size of the cables currently installed in each switch, and how many sets are terminated at each 3 sets of 3 cables are terminated at SW1. They are 4/0 Prysmian MV-105 power cables. They are all bolted lug connections. Are there any existing electrical one-line diagrams, switchgear layout drawings, or pad One-line is available and can be provided. Questions: a. Questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail. Oral questions are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. The cut-off date and time for receipt of questions is 21-May- 2025 by 12:00 PM EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Questions shall be answered in a formal amendment to the solicitation so all interested parties can see the answers.
