No definite date for the rebid.** The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit, Design and Construction, on behalf of the Broome DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for the Installation of a Fire Sprinkler System at 2315 Donna Drive, Vestal, NY 13850. Bids for this project must be received prior to the time of the Bid Opening, as detailed in the Project Manual full Advertisement for Bids. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. Bid Security deposit will be required in the amount specified in the full Advertisement for Bids. The Selected Low Bidder will be responsible for providing documentation of mandatory pre-award submittal requirements, including but not limited to: Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (CCA-2), references and experience, list of proposed sub-contractors, detailed estimate, and proof of required insurances.
