Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, expendable equipment, materials, transportation services necessary for the sidewalk steam pressure washing services as described herein including, but not limited to, the following. Please use the quantities and frequencies listed per location below for pricing of the bid line items in PlanetBids. The total cost shall be used for the cost evaluation portion of this bid. Please note that due to the as-needed nature of the services, City reserves the right to adjust recurring schedules and quantities as necessary, depending on condition and need. The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption. The City is not responsible for any errors that may occur from the printing of any of these documents by bidders, including, but not limited to: scaling issues, print quality, failure to print and submission of all required documents.
