Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Gunnison, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each Proposal shall be made out on a form obtained at the office of the Architect and shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount made payable to Central Utah Counseling Center. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. Questions due by: 5/05/2025 no later than 11:30pm to Zac Cooper at zacc@corearch.com The CUCC reserves the right to accept any, or to reject any or all Proposals, or waive any informality in a Proposal. The Project consists of the construction of a new wood framed building and associated site construction .
