Project Title: Fire Substation #3 Expansion The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Project Management Program is seeking the services of a licensed general contractor to provide work under contract for the construction of an 1,850 sq ft building addition for the Fire Department Substation #3 (Big Cove Community). The project includes an expansion of the existing metal building to provide four (4) bunk rooms, a new restroom and a new bay, site improvements including extending the concrete apron, parking, grading for the new building expansion and associated utility connections as required. The project area is located on the Cherokee Indian Reservation at 49 Old School Loop Road, Cherokee NC 28719.
