Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Cherokee, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
The project is for the construction of new ceremonial grounds for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. The work includes the construction of an amphitheater, shade structure, two restroom pavilions, eight standard pavilions, associated site improvements, and required utility expansions or connections. The site is located on the Cherokee Indian Reservation at 545 Tsali Boulevard (US441), Cherokee, NC 28719. A licensed general contractor is sought for this work and must provide services under contract. Proposals must be submitted in the manner prescribed in the RFP. Indian Preference (TERO) regulations apply for the award and execution of the contract.
