Provide Phase 100 Study to conduct physical inspection of the existing structures, buildings and facilities, including, underwater inspections (if necessary). Provide comprehensive report of conditions and recommended corrective action. See Appendix 1 for additional information. Provide Phase 200 Market Analysis of trends/needs, with surveys, interviews and other Market related investigation as required to provide a comprehensive report. The report shall include recommendation of potential changes at the Harbor and provide cost estimates for design/construction of recommended changes and improvements. See Appendix 1 for additional information. Phase 100 site investigation completed before July 2025; Report complete by August 31, 2025. Phase 200 Market Analysis complete by October 2025. Agency Reviews/acceptance & Finalized Report by December 1, 2025. Please do not submit online . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Site walkthrough description: Send the LEIN Request form, filled and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: smithD76@michigan.gov . The email "Subject" must include (facility name, project name, date and time of Pre-Proposal Walk Through Meeting).
