Reference Number 0000385862 Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Bid Bond 5 % Performance Bond 100 % Payment Bond 100 % General Requirements Insurance Required The Work is at the direction of the DWSD on an as-needed basis and will be throughout the city of Detroit. All labor, equipment, and material for the entire work shall be furnished by the Contractor unless otherwise listed in the measurement and payments. The bidder hereby agrees to perform all work assigned by the Engineer no matter where located, at the Unit Prices established in the Bid Schedule. The Bidder agrees that the unit prices shall remain unchanged for the duration of the Contract and will not be increased for escalation and regardless of the quantities used, whether the quantity of a particular item increases or decreases or if the item is not used at all. The Contract Value of the Work as directed by DWSD on an as-needed basis will be issued as not to exceed $3.5 million per Contract year.
