Reference Number 0000385776 All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for construction of a potable water storage tank and associated appurtenances: tank, tank valve vault, tank mixer, venting, overflow, drain, heating and ventilation, electrical and instrumentation. Work also includes all associated site work related to the tank construction, site piping, installation of water distribution mains, demolition of the existing buried tank, and booster pump station upgrades. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after the Notice of Award. Question Deadline 05/19/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest cost proposal, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids.
