The District is seeking firm pricing for inspection of equipment that include but not limited to: 83 Exhaust Hoods, 6 Deluge Systems, 5 Fire Pumps and 87 Wet sprinkler systems. The listed counts of equipment can fluctuate based on district needs. A list of sites and equipment that require inspection under this bid are listed in the spreadsheet labeled Attachment C. Inspections for the Exhaust Hood shall be completed between June 1 through August 15 and December 15 through January 3, annually. Inspections for the Wet Sprinkler Inspections shall be completed between June 1 and August 31, annually. Work periods shall be aligned with non-occupied school hours and agreed upon with District contract coordinator (Brian Close, Maintenance Manager or as assigned).
