Reference Number 0000388555 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Golden, CO Colorado School of Mines (Mines) is soliciting bids for parking lot signage throughout campus (official campus address 1500 Illinois Street, Golden, CO 80401). The successful signage contractor will be required to fabricate and install 28 pedestal monuments and 2 building mounted signs throughout campus. The purpose of this project is to standardize parking lot signage and to create coherent parking markers to assist in wayfinding throughout the Colorado School of Mines campus. Scope of Services 1. The signage contractor will need to fabricate and install (28) monument pedestals and (2) building-mounted signs. 2. The sign design and details are complete. The project does not require a building permit with the State of Colorado. 3. The project shall include all work needed for a complete, "ready to use" site. 4. Construction will be performed in cooperation with Colorado School of Mines. 5. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition/preparation, protective barriers, sign fabrication, structural foundation, sign installation, site staging, utility locates, and removal of refuse. 6.
